A battery passport carries two very different kinds of data. The materials, origin, and supply-chain half is a documentation problem. The performance and durability half — capacity, state of health, internal resistance, expected lifetime, cycle count — is a test-data problem. That second half is the one most teams don't have a clean answer for.
