Web App is the full Micantis platform, priced per seat for a single team, starting at $3,000 / month. Enterprise is a custom solution for larger organizations that may have multiple operations sites or more complex operations. If you're a single team, Web App is usually the fit; for a larger, multi-site, or complex operation that needs a tailored deployment and wants to get maximum value for the organization, Enterprise is built for you.

Web App is priced per seat per month. You choose a mix of Analyst, Engineer, and Data Scientist seats based on what your team needs. Each seat type has different capabilities and a different price point. Pricing starts at $3,000/month, which typically covers a small team, and scales as you add seats.

Enterprise is custom quoted based on your number of operations sites, users, and specific requirements — so you get a package built around your operation rather than a fixed list price. Tell us about your footprint and goals through “Talk with us” and we'll put together a quote.

Security is built in: role based access control (RBAC), encrypted cloud storage, and GDPR compliance, with SOC 2 Type II in progress. For defense and other regulated customers, the platform is CMMC Level 2–capable — we can enable the required controls as part of your deployment. There are no fees for channels, uploads, or data processing on any plan. The Web App includes 10 TB of managed storage, which covers years of cycler data for most labs. Storage beyond the included amount is billed monthly at a flat per-TB rate listed in your quote. Enterprise and customer-tenant deployments run on your own cloud subscription at your rates, with no storage billing from us at any volume.
